Joel Laub

Joel Laub is a longtime Las Vegas real estate developer and broker who has overseen diverse projects spanning Nevada over the past 40 years. He has assembled vacant tracts and coordinated their development across thousands of acres of residential, commercial, and industrial use projects. Joel Laub has also developed master plan communities and developed over 5,000 homes thru a company he formed called Astoria Homes Corporation. He is currently working on a project in Red Rock Canyon called the Ranch at Red Rock which is currently under development.

Mr. Laub currently serves as the Chairman on the board of The Nature Conservancy in Nevada and is very active in his community, previously serving as a board member for the American Bank of Commerce and First Security Bank of Nevada.. In his free time he enjoys doing car tours all across the world. He is also into vintage cars and most recently raced his Bentley at Goodwood in England, where he finished 3rd place.
