Joelle Ghosn-Chelala

Holder of the following diplomas: commercial law, taxation, property evaluation; specific knowledge in business evaluation; basics in business rental; retail sales, whole sales and home staging. Joelle obtained all these qualifications from the Collège de l’immobilier du Québec, as well as a Real Estate Agent degree and a Chartered Real Estate Broker’s degree from the Collège de l’immobilier du Québec. Member of the Organisme d’autoréglementation du courtage immobilier du Québec (OCAIQ) and the Greater Montreal Real Estate Board. Joelle Chelala has more than five years of experience in residential and commercial real estate. She is proficient in French, English, Arabic and Spanish. She is always personable in her meetings: transparency, loyalty and getting results are the commitments she makes to each client.
