Joelle Wyser-Pratte

Financial professional Joelle Wyser-Pratte balances a busy career as the head of an investment firm with her dedication to a range of philanthropic initiatives. Ms. Wyser-Pratte serves as the co-head of the Ounavarra Foundation, a nonprofit organization that seeks to promote education across the globe. Through her role with the foundation, Joelle Wyser-Pratte, also known as Joelle O’Reilly-Hyland, has supported a wide range of charitable initiatives, including the Global Partnerships Forum, the Mariposa Foundation, and the Fabretto Children’s Foundation, a group devoted to the families and children of Nicaragua.

In addition to her work with the Ounavarra Foundation, Joelle O’Reilly-Hyland sits on the board of directors for Educate Girls Globally (EGG), an initiative dedicated to helping women and girls achieve their maximum potential regardless of geographic location. The nonprofit organization focuses its resources in India and plans to expand to Pakistan, Africa, and other locations in the near future.

Ms. Wyser-Pratte graduated from Tufts University with a bachelor’s degree in English. She currently functions as the co-managing partner of Ounavarra Capital, a boutique investment firm specializing in alternative investments for institutional investors.
