Joel O'Loughlin is a dynamic change management consultant who specialises in leadership and diversity management. He is also a qualified executive coach and hypnotherapist. Joel has extensive experience at senior levels having gained it in the roles of: Chair of the National Urban Forum, Member of the Home Office Advisory Council on Race, Commissioner on the Deakin Commission into the Future of the Voluntary Sector and National Council for Voluntary Organisations (NCVO) Board member.

Joel has delivered development programmes for the NHS where he is considered an innovative facilitator and trainer. Joel also plays a leading role in shaping the race equality agenda in the National Health Service and is the business manager of the Health & Social Care BME Networks that is promoting race equality in the NHS. Recently Joel graduated as a Mediator at the prestigious Regents College London. In a non Executive capacity he serves as Director for the Caribbean region of the African & Caribbean Chamber of Commerce & Enterprise (ACCCE).
