Joel O’Loughlin is an Executive Coach with years of senior management experience. He has worked extensively developing innovative diversity management programmes and training staff in the UK’s National Health Service where he sits as an expert advisor on race equality to the Care Quality Commission (the NHS regulator).He is an experienced presenter with over 30 years’ experience facilitating Executive Level workshops.
