Joel O’Loughlin is an Executive Coach with years of senior management experience. Joel O’Loughlin has designed and delivered training on leadership, diversityand change management for a range of high profile multi-national clients including Glaxo SmithKline, Goldman Sachs, Powergen, as well as The House of Commons and other Government agencies. He has worked extensively developing innovative diversity management programmes and training staff in the UK’s National Health Service where he sits as an expert advisor on race equality to the Care Quality Commission (the NHS regulator).He is an experienced presenter with over 30 years’ experience facilitating Executive Level workshops.
