Joely Sturner

Joely Sturner has been deeply involved in the cosmetic industry in South Florida for more than a decade and a half and has considerable experience in management, sales, and marketing. Ms. Sturner is currently the Vice President of Sales for Sheralven Enterprises Ltd. in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Sheralven Enterprises is a cosmetics sales and distribution company that offers logistical assistance, warehousing, and Internet fulfillment of brand name fragrances, cosmetics, and skin care items. In her vice presidential role, Joely Sturner is responsible for generating new business in e-commerce retailers as well as chain/drug, mass, and off-price retailers. As an expert in the industry, she recommends products and services by surveying marketplace and competitive pricing. Prior to her work at Sheralven Enterprises, Ms. Sturner worked in sales for the fragrance retailer Perfumania in Sunrise, Florida, where she was a National Account Manager for major US retails. She presented and sold designer fragrances, working within yearly budgets, developed marketing and merchandising programs, as well as managed the Designer Fragrance Consignment Lease program for retailers such as Bealls Department Stores, Daffy's, Off Broadway Shoes, Wegmans, Shopko, and Steinmart.

Joely Sturner served as a Regional Beauty Technician for English Ideas and as a Sales Coordinator for Miami Lakes, Florida’s French Fragrances, Inc. Ms. Sturner began her career in the cosmetics industry as a Sales Coordinator with Estée Lauder Travel Retail before being promoted to the position of Assistant Training Manager. She is involved with numerous charities including, The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, Volunteer Broward, Hands on Miami, and the Young Professionals for Covenant House, a group of business professionals that raises money and enhances the public visibility of Covenant House Florida.
