Hi, my name is Joe Messerli. I’m a teacher and writer from Green Bay, WI.

As an insomniac who gets bored easily, my interests are numerous. They include hikng, running, reading, fantasy football, movies, and almost any kind of sports. Some of my passions are fitness, history, politics, and current events.

After working 25 years in the I.T. field, I've retired from that and shifted to more writing and blogging.

My past projects include the website https://www.balancedpolitics.org/, which focused on covering the pros and cons of various issues as neutrally as possible, a site which I sold in 2012. I also blogged for the the website https://politicallyincorrecthumor.com and the published the fiction novel, The Vigilante Terrorists.

I currently reside in Wisconsin with my wonderful wife, Doreen, and a pack of rescue dogs & cats.
