Joe Miniscalco

Joe is a professional educator with 28 years of experience in the field. He has 24 years as a public school administrator of which 12 years were as a campus administrator and the other 12 he has served in senior management positions. His administrative background is diverse serving in 4 different senior management roles and leading 7 different departments. He has developed, supported, coached and led PK-12 Principals in a school district of 24,000 plus students and nearly 3000 certified staff members. He is a motivated and tireless leader that is mission driven and exhibits a clear vision of what it takes for student success. He uses a pressure support model of leadership to help those he leads do the best work of their careers!
