For more than 15 years, I've worked as a nonprofit capacity builder, techie, and creative producer. As Director of Content Operations at The Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research, I lead a team that works at the intersection of people, process, and technology to optimize resources, enhance workflows, and foster data-driven decision making so communicators can focus on creating high-quality, impactful content. Prior to joining the Foundation, I was Chief Innovation Officer at True Colors United, where I oversaw creative, digital strategies, human resources, and project management. As a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), I've had the opportunity to train nonprofit professionals from hundreds of organizations across the country on global standards and best practices for managing projects.

Outside of work, I'm a co-organizer for 501 Tech NYC, NTEN's NYC chapter. I'm also a dedicated artist, comic book nerd, retro gamer, and wacky snacker.
