For two decades, I've worked at the intersection of people, process, and technology to build capacity and bridge the strategy-execution gap within mission-driven organizations.

As Chief of Staff at The Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research, I partner with our CEO and executive team to drive alignment, clarity, and momentum across the organization. My work centers on connecting people, priorities, and processes so that our mission to cure Parkinson’s disease is advanced with purpose and precision. I lead cross-functional initiatives that strengthen how we plan, operate, and collaborate—from strategic planning and OKRs to organizational effectiveness and business transformation. I help translate our North Star objectives into actionable plans, facilitate leadership retreats, and shape key internal moments like our Staff Summit to ensure our work reflects the Foundation’s values and vision.

I hold an MBA from the Frank G. Zarb School of Business at Hofstra University, a Bachelor of Arts from Marymount Manhattan College, and a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

Outside of the office, I'm a dedicated artist, comic book nerd, retro gamer, and wacky snacker.
