Joseph J. Nicholl II

Bay City, Michigan

Originally from a small town in the thumb, he graduated from Caseville High School in 2001. While in school, he relied on sports to keep active; primarily golf where he excelled on the high school varsity team. Having family and friends nearby was a way of life and he recalls many great memories while growing up.

After deciding against the pilot's lifestyle, he chose to pursue a career and an education in the criminal justice field while moving to Grand Rapids. First, being hired by a private security firm and then becoming a Park Ranger for four years. Eventually an opportunity would present itself to move back to the Thumb from the west side of the state and he continued his education in the law enforcement field. Joe is currently a student at Ferris State University where he will be earning a B.S. in Criminal Justice and is in charge of the Bay City Police Department's Reserve Unit and also works weekends at the Huron County Memorial Airport.

To keep active Joe enjoys traveling, kayaking, bicycling, golfing, and flying. You can catch him at a Detroit Red Wings, Tigers, or Lions game as well as visiting Dow Diamond in Midland Michigan for a Great Lakes Loons baseball game.
