Joe is ready to rule the digital world. It didn’t take long before social media began to take over his life. He can be seen Tweeting and updating his Facebook status on a daily basis. His passion for the internet started back in the days when 14.4 modems were king. Back then, he joined a small and relatively unknown Killarney Internet Club in high school. He was put in charge of updating the school’s brand new Web 1.0 website. Fast-forward to today and Joe is still eager to face new challenges in the web 2.0 development field. Joe is fairly new to the Content Management System (CMS) but has already mastered WordPress and will now take on the challenge of Drupal.

Joe Ocampo is currently the Senior Art Designer & Web Strategist at the Media FX Group. An honours graduate of the New Media & Web Development program at BCIT, Joe is a talented designer who has assisted in many projects including: Canadian Tourism Commission, TEDx Vancouver, Travel Yukon, Langara Fishing.
