Jörg Mecke, born in 1972, studied after training as an "industrial sales" "business administration and computer science" at first before he served ten years in IT for a customer. 15 years ago he moved into the IT service sector. His career is based on employments at debis Systemhaus, Systematics, EDS and msg systems. In 2008, Jörg Mecke changed to PC-WARE / COMPAREX as the of Head of IT Consulting Germany and CTO. By starting of January 2013 he is in the position as the Director Cloud Platforms & Business Productivity, now as a Business Unit Manger.

He is interested in the topics application delivery, virtualization and automation. His first cloud-project Jörg Mecke served in 1999 as part of Application Service Providing for debis Systemhaus. Jörg Mecke lives in Hanover, Germany.
