Hi, my name is Jörg (uhm, it is pronounced almost like York :)

I live in the Copenhagen area in Denmark, Europe and work as a professor at the University of Copenhagen. My professional interests are microfluidics, miniaturization of (bio)chemical analytical tools and the application of these tools in the life sciences, especially for pharmaceuticals. Sounds pretty nerdy, but it is quite cool, really!

In my spare time (yeah, right), I like to play golf, listen to jazz, get carried away by stuff I can or could do with my laptop, or hang out with my better half, the beautiful Dr B (sorry, no names, I need to protect the innocent :) and our recent addition to the household, Asta (a lively bichon havanais).
