Hi, I’m Joerg. I’m Marketing and Brand Manager at Commend International living in Austria. I am a fan of Team and People Development, Marketing (especially Brand Management and Positioning), and Systemic Thinking. Leadership, Group Dynamics and Mathetics are as well topics I am always dealing with and interested in. Together with Horst Dorner as well as the systemic constellation expert Bernhard Pauscha, I developed the moderation format 'Soulsearching Live'. This is about supporting organizations in a structured way to find their own meaning: to move the famous WHY from the collective organizational subconscious into the common consciousness.
