Born in Landstuhl,Germany Joe Roy Valentine has been a rapper for over 20 years. He is best known for work he did with his brother under the group empty pockets. They recorded songs with artists such as xzibit,ras kass, and a mixtape song with papa roach (GAWM REMIX).Currently he is working on a non profit cd called mosthigh music to drop on 11/11/11.
