My attention to detail and un ending passion for God and the arts, and my desire for excellence in the Church is extremely high. My ability to lead people is a strength I'm proud of. I am a perfectionist. And sense we can never reach perfection I strive to get as close as possible. I have a genuine desire for excellence without emptiness. To lead teams with the important task of showing people what authentic worship looks like. Where I thrive best is creatively designing services and programs and elements for services, ensuring that the ball gets kicked in the net each week. From the vibe that you get from walking into the building, to the technical experience and atmosphere and the whole worship experience. Everything is an opportunity to create a fun safe environment and a memorable experience where people can forget about there crazy lives, and focus on God if only for an hour on Sunday.
