Some of my interests are Martial Arts, Studying History, Discovering new music, fitness (CrossFit, running, swimming, etc...) . I enjoy practicing & teaching ITF Taekwondo! Also 2 x World Interenational Taekwondo Champion in the United Taekwondo Alliance!
