Joseph Small VA, FHA, and HARP Loan Expert

Joseph Small is a home loan mortgage consultant that specializes in VA, FHA and HARP loans in Tucson AZ. He has recently partnered with the Rider Group at Peoples Mortgage Co.

For over a decade, Joe has become known as the VA loan guy because of his personal knowledge about VA home loans and his commitment to helping Veterans and their families.

Along the way, Joe began to also specialize in helping first-time homebuyers. "It is a great joy when we are at the closing table... and I know they got off on the right track and didn't buy over their heads." As a result, his past customers started to refer their friends, family and co-workers to him by calling him: "joesmylender"... and the name has pretty much stuck.

Joe is an avid mountain biker and hiker. He also enjoys learning about new "techie" gadgets.
