For most of my professional career, I've helped large corporations (most are household names) deliver exceptional service to their internal and external customers.

At the same time, my creative urges have driven me to be an intrepid entrepreneur and 'shade-tree' inventor. I'm currently involved in a handful of small businesses and inventions.

While these may seem like completely disparate paths, I credit my creative nature and entrepreneurial spirit with the successes I have experienced in my corporate roles.
