Im Joe Valles currently attending Royse City high school planing to graduate next year and pursue a carrier in real estate. I Ama well educated, mannered person with great communication skills and strong work effort. My primary focus is to move up in real estate start selling homes of my own, flip homes and rent duplexes. I often chase opportunities given to me, take any chances I can get and give it my all with my fullest potential and use what one learned over the years to my advantage.

a main part in ones life that really builds our minds for the future and prepares us for collage. The major effect education has on one is that it teaches us how to be someone in the real world, how to act, work as a group, and problem solving skills etc. school can only teach you so little one need to learn on there own time, reading books and watching educational videos its a main way to better learn and understand things. Education in the long term is something that anyone can learn for free with things around them it's just a matter of looking.

philosophy..

I truly believe that ones work ethic is one of the most important aspect of someones carrier. It determines how you preserve your work and excite it all, the values you have for work the reason you keep on going. My experiences that have a real impact on my work ethic are mostly from home and the way I was raised nothing really from school or other occasions. This really healed me with getting my first few jobs, because I learned that you have to look people in the eyes when talking always be respectful and always have proper manners this can really make a big difference and show if someone is educated or not. In my personal opinion on a good work ethic is that it should be treated as something important well needed for a good work expirence. “Good Work Ethic” can be many things but mostly need to be great communication, hard working while at the same time being organized. The only way a work ethic can affect you is if you surround yourself with others who don't have the right mindset and goal in life which would eventually lead you on a different path than originally planed.

Learning Goals

• graduate high school and start my life where I can finally do my plans
• I plan to obtain my real estate license and welding license
• would want to later on go to school for mechanic
