Joey Habib Halifax

Joseph James Habib Halifax is an entrepreneur and runs two successful companies, Joey Habib Real Estate, and Joseph Habib Dartmouth Supplies Company. Getting to where he is, is nothing but hard work, and the passion to see his ventures succeed. Joey comes from a business family. His father, Joseph James Habib Senior, is now happily retired in the Caribbean after running a successful restaurant for four decades. Joey saw his father’s freedom by being an entrepreneur and decided to follow the same steps. He worked hard in high school, and then joined Dartmouth College for a degree in business management. He then got into the banking world to perfect his finance and management skills, before going full time into entrepreneurship. Joseph’s first venture was Habib Real Estate through which, he offers property management services, buys and sells property, and holds a portfolio of rental apartments. After the real estate business turned out to be a success, Joey then moved on to form Joseph Habib Dartmouth Toy Supplies, a company that imports toys from Asia and offers an assortment of other kids’ entertainment services. The venture has been so successful that he hopes to turn it into a kid’s theme park akin to Disney World. Joey has used his entrepreneurial success to give back to society. He has mainly focused his donations on scientific foundations that research on critical areas such as climate change and cancer research. A considerable portion of his contributions has gone towards research foundations working on possible cancer vaccines, or a cure. He believes that a breakthrough on this front would change the world, and make it a better place for millions of people globally. When not busy running his two companies, or saving the world through targeted donations, Joey loves to travel. The exposure to new worlds and different cultures helps him relax and gives him unique perspectives on running his businesses. Since getting into business, he has been to hundreds of tourist destinations globally and is always scouting for new ones to visit.
