Johan is passionate about working with organisations to measure and then improve their performance. He brings over 10 years of experience in finance roles across various industries to his consulting engagements.

Johan moved into consulting in 2015 when he joined Capgemini Consulting's Finance Transformation team based out of their London office and, using his analytical background, Johan helps organisations translate and visualise their data into meaningful key performance indicators (KPIs) which measures and drive action to improve performance. He uses tools such as Qlikview, Tableau and even Excel. As the famous quote by Peter Drucker states: "What is measured improves".

To date Johan has worked on major technology transformation programmes in the financial services sector and brought his accounting rigour to help improve the reporting on these programmes to ensure they remain on target for both timelines and budget.

Johan studied and worked in Johannesburg (South Africa) before moving to London (UK) in 2007. He qualified as Chartered Management Accountant (CIMA, CGMA) in 2013 and has worked across various industries including Financial Services, Market Research, Media, Local Government and Supply Chain.

Apart from his drive to help businesses Johan enjoys snowboarding and is a motorcycle enthusiast.
