Systemic Agile Team Coach in Berlin, Germany

Back in school, two things emerged as my passions: communication and human nature. Unfortunately for me, these aren't exactly taught as subjects. Fortunately for me, I stoked out different ways to work my interests into a-more or less coherent--career.

I went the classic way of studying, eventually obtaining an M.A. in languages and multilingual communication. A classical situation in the way that when I was done, I didn't really know what to do with it. After some handwringing, I moved to Berlin and worked as a storyteller for social games. Creative freedom and self-exploration was huge at first--I also got to work with people from over forty nations which taught me a lot about myself-- but after a while, I grew tired of the restrictions of games as a medium. Not that it was dull--but I wanted to do something that connected me directly with people.

Since then I moved on into the field of coaching and have been working as a Team Coach using Agile methods for a few years now. 2020 again widened my spectrum and I became a certified Systemic Team Coach.

I like to insert humor and relatability into my work at all times. I'm outgoing and thrive in communicative positions with a lot of teamplay, freedom and human connection. Finding new ways to improve work is perhaps finally now my ultimate, one passion.

But then, who knows what comes next?
