Hello,

My name is Johanna Romero. I am currently a third year undergraduate student at UC Berkeley studying Peace and Conflict Studies, and Global Poverty and Practice. Alongside my core curriculum, I am also taking pre-med courses to apply to nursing school in the future. I am pursuing a career in the medical field because I want to better understand the relationship between our current medical services & healthcare system, and urban poverty in the United States.
