If my story was just one word it would be culture. My grandfather was an explorer and traveller alongside being a businessman and he taught me the appreciation of different cultures and the responsibility to learn from others and how exhilarating it is to be curious and stumble across something you couldn’t even imagine just by keeping your heart and eyes open. Long story short - my career nowadays is all about cultures as well, company cultures.

I aim to combine the internal world to the external world of the company, be it called a CHRO, culture director or something else. This is the position I’ve enjoyed the most and wish to work in also in the future. SME’s and growth companies are where I thrive and feel most at home.

My dream is to create a digital service or tool, probably something to do with culture and leadership. I also wish to start my own business at some point.
