I’m a seasoned business leader and creative problem-solver with over 16 years experience in general management, project management, business development and entrepreneurship. I can design, finance and execute business development processes in almost any business environment through active stakeholder collaboration and design thinking methodologies.

As a proven team-leader and innovator in high growth emerging markets I have experienced working with diverse sets of stakeholders within the the private, public and social sectors. I have as a consequence acquired outstanding business communication and interpersonal skills while maintaining a high level of authentic assertiveness that inspires both confidence and trust. I’m therefore very comfortable leading and connecting with teams on a 1-on-1 or even on a 1-on-a-1000 basis and can function very well in complex cultural environments - a key skill for any business development specialist that needs to design and implement a coherent strategy for creating sustainable business opportunities.

My career is therefore a long story of solving complex business issues within very diverse operating environments; an experience that has broadened my understanding of strategic initiatives. I'm also an exceptionally fast learner with an intense work ethic and can design, deliver and sell high quality work in a humble and professional manner within diverse team settings - all while having fun at the same time.
