John Alvin

I am generally known as Seaman John Alvin of British navy and currently on deployment in Syria. I was commissioned into the Royal Regiment of Artillery in 1979, I got educated in Harrow College and in Duke of York's Military School. I was born on 25th September 1962 in Catholic Religion home in Bulgaria, I got Bulgaria-British accent. I was commissioned into the Green Howard from Sandhurst in 1983 when I was 21 years old. I have served with the 1st Battalion in Iraq and i am still working in the British Royal Navy as an Able seaman (rank) here in Syria under the United Nations.This is my 32 years in service and planning to retire.
