Empathy - Simplicity - Story I'm a copywriter in the technology space. My approach has three pillars: empathy with your clients deep needs informing a clear, essential articulation of the technology, wrapped up in a story that inspires belief. All the necessary precursors to action. Working from home is a freelancers privilege, especially when it's in Whitstable, one of Kent's prettiest and most characterful towns. It's where I pursue my other passions: time with my family, and supporting my wife's coffee roasting business (whilst her delicious coffee supports my copy).
