My mission is to create and work with products and technology that solve real world problems, and have fun doing it.

Born in Oxford, brought up in the Scottish Highlands, I was an early school leaver at age 16 in 1997 (which makes me 34 years old).

Since then I’ve been a dishwasher, butler, concrete finisher, DJ, cleaner, whisky distiller, clothing salesman, concrete operator, student, rug salesman, book stocker, recording engineer, live sound engineer, acoustic consultant, senior consultant, tech business developer, tech product marketer, seller, developer and manager, and foster to shelter dogs, roughly in that order.

I went back to school from 2003 to 2006, being awarded Student of the Year, and earning a Post Graduate Diploma.

I have more than ten years experience in the defence and acoustics industry, and I've been responsible for managing several acoustic source locating products such as, gunshot detection, counter-rocket, artillery and mortar fire (C-RAM), helicopter hostile fire protection, and indirect-fire scoring for training, test and development, and proving purposes.

I’ve lived and worked in four countries and conducted business all over the world. The markets I’m most active in are USA, Canada, Europe, Brazil, Turkey, India, Scandinavia, UK, Israel, S Korea, Japan and Singapore.

With my work in the defence industry I have developed a real passion for product development. Recently I've started developing my own product ideas mainly for licensing purposes. The products I'm currently developing are in the telecommunication, automotive, and food packaging industries.
