Information Architect, Web Developer, and Consultant in Portland, Oregon
You might have met John in Portland, where he current lives; on the Continental Divide Trail in 2004 & 2006; on the Pacific Crest Trail in 2002; in Santa Cruz, Monterey, Carmel or Pacific Grove; or on a US Navy base in the tropics when he was growing up.
John is also known as Keystone, and has been known as Cupcake in the past. He enjoys ecstatic dance, long-distance backpacking, and sharing food with friends. He is a fair-weather biker; a loyal friend; and a modest performer. John is a wizard with content management, databases, web site migrations and photography. He's a hub communicating between departments and divisions.
In 2012, John made news by getting arrested for protesting the TSA's Fourth Amendment violations. He was acquitted on the criminal charges, and is appealing civil charges from the TSA. He's been an extra on two seasons of Portlandia, and his portrait is part of Portraitlandia, a collection of photographs of Portlanders.
