Following 20 years working in the banking industry in a number of different roles, I joined EY as a project manager in the knowledge organization. I have led two major client facing system re-platform projects and have been product manager for eRoom and Client Portal.
I am now an Account Manager on the Brand, Marketing and Communications Agency team supporting EY's Financial Services and Manufacturing sectors. I also manage the EY Banking Twitter account (@EY_Banking).
My role as account manager is to advise marketing directors on digital and creative strategies and help design plans for their campaigns and events.
I specialize in helping teams unlock the value of their campaign assets that allow them to engage with our clients via digital technologies such as the web, social media, search and advertising channels.
I have been at the forefront in helping our teams leverage activities such as Twitter chats and LinkedIn postings to extend the life of thought leadership. By using reporting tools such as Webtrends and Google Analytics and the use of the Google URL builder tool, I am able to direct them to best utilize their resources and maximize the benefit of their efforts.
