This is the profile of John Hansen

Reporting to the JAPAC VP for Applications Development and Product Management, I am part of a team responsible for developing and communicating Oracle's Applications Strategy in the Japan and Asia-Pacific market. I also take direct responsibility for management of Oracle's Human Capital Management portfolio in this region.

I'm MBA-qualified, hold Project Management and Neuroscience certifications and have completed a Masters in Organizational Development and Strategic HRM. Previous roles include HCM operations, senior management, systems implementation, project management, and senior sales roles. I am a Fellow of the Australian Human Resource Institute and a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, active in the Australian HR community and an experienced speaker at HR events across the Asia-Pacific region.
