John Higuera
The day I was born marked the day the world became a whole lot better or so I like to think. That wonderful day occurred on October 10, 1993 and as of this year I am 19 years old. I was born to the best parents, Mike and Jody Higuera, and was blessed with a wonderful sister who is currently a senior in high school. My religious views are prevalent in the decisions I make in my life. I attended South Paulding High School where I eventually graduated top in my class. Here I was not only a four year varsity letterer in tennis but I also set school records. I have achieved many things while attending school at South Paulding, a couple notable achievements are that of winning the National Scholar Athlete Award for my school and competing in the DECA International Career Development Conference two years in a row. After graduation I turned down a dream in order to pursue a different one. Upon graduation from high school I was invited to play tennis for various colleges which I declined so I could attend the prestigious University of Georgia. My major is Managment Information Systems with a co-major in International Business. I have grown exceptionally as a person during my time here after moving away from home and living on my own. My goal is to make my collegiate career the best I possibly can as well as achieving great academic success.
