Freedom, Fitness, Fun and Presenting A "Should-Free" EASY EXERCISE GAME in Denver, Colorado
Hello, my name is John K. Corcoran and I'd like to invite you to Pause2Play and experience a GAME called "NOW Fitness X."
- - - - - - - - - -
NOW Fitness X is like a playground - for Life-NOW.
Intrigued by the notion that what I've played with & enjoyed for years just may help lessen other people's suffering and increase their enjoyment of life,
I made it into a LIFE GAME... for anyone, perhaps for you in particular.
It's a LIFE GAME with a powerful re-focusing motto:
"SUFFER as little as possible. ENJOY LIFE as much as possible."
Mysteriously hidden within space and time,
yet available HERE and NOW,
"NOW Fitness X" is a "Should-Free", EASY, EXERCISE GAME that uses your BREATH, your body, your senses, and your IMAGINATION as an INTERFACE for playfully EXPERIENCING the ENERGY of ENJOYMENT while EXERCISING.

I play this GAME... on purpose..., because I want to..., and simply for the FUN of it,
to ENERGIZE MY LIFE...
to EXPAND my COMFORT ZONE...
to EXPERIENCE the ENERGY of ENJOYMENT, CONTENTMENT, and WELL-BEING.
- - - - - - - WHAT'S INVOLVED?- - - - - - - -
~ giving myself the opportunity to FEEL BETTER by EXPERIMENTING...
1) slowing down, pausing to playfully EXPERIENCE the ENERGY of ENJOYMENT while EXERCISING, with synchronizing slow, deep breathing with gentle, easy movementsand present moment meditations.
2) noticing sensations of COMFORT, COMPLETENESS, WELL-BEING, and REST.
- - - - - - - WHAT'S INVOLVED?- - - - - - - -
~ having fun, playfully getting to know my BODY'S COMFORT ZONE...
1) noticing the tension, the suffering, the stress...then
2) gently breathing with easy stretching and expanding...
3) noticing RELAXATION, comfort, and relief in the midst of TENSION, discomfort, and pain.
- - - - - - - WHAT'S INVOLVED?- - - - - - - -
~ having fun, playfully getting to know my HEART'S COMFORT ZONE...
1) noticing the tension/suffering caused by old default programming...
2) noticing the tension/suffering caused by burdensome obligation and duty;
3) noticing the "have to's, musts, and should's"...
4) noticing my resistance to "what is", and then...
5) playfully untying the SHOULD KNOTS, transforming my have to's into want to's, metamorphosizing meanings, and thus, creatively retelling the stories I tell myself.
6) noticing RELAXATION in the midst of TENSION,
7) noticing sensations of COMFORT, COMPLETENESS, WELL-BEING, and REST.
Thus...
...less suffering, more enjoyment.
