I am also interested in camping, causes, and education to make the environment, and the world a better place.

I believe, our quality of time, here together on planet Earth, is dependent on business owners performing better, to more successfully integrate their wonderful product and service ideas, and values, into our daily lives.

When I worked for the World Bank as a Senior Analyst - to help restructure the Jamaican economy - I also helped a friend plan her future, using the same large-scale organisational strategies, I use daily in my professional work. I realised, I could “scale down” these principles for use by business owners, to help plan and implement all their aspirations.

When business owners are caught up in the intricacies of delivering their craft, they hardly have enough time to prioritise their other business functions. They can end up trapped in the daily grind, reacting to the same old problems over, and over, again. Their ultimate success can be accelerated with a clearly crafted implementation plan they follow.

Early in my career, I was trained by IBM in systems analysis, and project management. There, I learned how to combine the two disciplines, to; design, and implement, systems for greater productivity, and informational feedback for improvement. This allows business owners to gain an edge, and enjoy more clarity, than ever before, to greatly enhance their decision making that adds a commercial advantage.

With 40 years coaching, planning and system implementation experience, I have distilled these principles into a simple process that can work for anyone. Today, I use this exact same process, with my business clients, to; change dis-empowering beliefs and attitudes, make them more profit, and free them from the daily grind, so they can enjoy their other passions, whilst making a positive difference in the world.
