John Pettit

I am a recent college graduate who is looking for an exciting and developing carreer. My goal is to help as many people as I can through my own experience and experitiese.

I am a results-driven senior at Champlain College, who is looking for a career in a costumer focused, team oriented, and progressive enviroment.

My most significant accomplishments & capabilities:

• I am a transformational leader who can take ordinary personnel and have them perform at exceeds expectations levels - evidenced through several experiences in my career...by sharing a vision and building trust.
• Love to make things happen with attention to detail, but not so much detail as to get lost in the forest - it's about efficiency (doing things well) and effectiveness (doing the right things) resulting in excellence in execution.
• Passion to take on the competition and win!
• Desire to do things others have not been able to do - I am willing to work with all-levels of people to find ways to make things happen.

Success is about passion and perseverance, and I have both.
