John is the Director of Framework and offers his clients the benefit of almost two decades experience of managing costs and increasing efficiencies with the effective implementation of software. With over 7 years of litigation support operational and management experience, John has quickly developed a sharp eye for how litigation support departments can retool for a sleeker, smoother, efficiently focused team.

John is passionate and has been motivated by an interest in: how litigation support departments really work; what makes them perform as they do; what makes them different from each other and what makes them change over time.

Before forming Framework, John was the Vice President of Client Development for a litigation support company and identified a project management niche that was not being filled in the legal industry. In 2006, John founded and began his quest to build a successful litigation support software business (iRFP and Framework). John has quickly grown the company to become one of the most widely recognized project management and RFP tools for litigation support departments.

His clients range from the top, national law firms, service providers and corporate legal departments. They appreciate his insight into their process efficiency needs and clear communication, which complements his detailed operational execution expertise and strategic vision. John approaches everything with a passion for excellence, and he is dedicated to helping litigation support departments get results!
