John Stauffer

John is a seventy year old retired pastor. Dr. Stauffer provides pulpit supply for regional churches as well as facilitating seminars for PREP (Prevention and Relationship Enhance Program) with his wife Catherine who is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and a Clinical Supervisor and Program Manager of a large mental health and addictions treatment clinic in Oregon. They also are certified suicide intervention presenters, Marriage Enrichment presenters and provide individual and group counseling for victims of sexual and domestic abuse.

He is interested in human behavior as it reflects their politics and spirituality. The interest is driven by the amount that each area forms the person within society less than it does cause the level of goodness within the person.

John is a husband, father of four daughters and eleven grandchildren and one great grandchild. These people are the most important in his life, yet he cares significantly about the dignity of all persons.
