John Chung

Dr. Chung received his dental training at the prestigious Boston University Goldman School of Dentistry (D.M.D). Further, he has received advanced training in occlusion (the part of dentistry focusing on how your teeth come together to form your bite) at the Pankey Institute. He has been practicing dentistry since 2002 and is a member of several dental organizations such as the the Academy of General Dentistry, the Ontario Dental Association, the Dawson Academy, the Pankey Institute, the Toronto Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, and the Crown and Bridge Study Club.

Dr. Chung is driven to be the best at what he does. He feels his greatest strengths are a never-ending commitment to excellence and an ability to put his patients at ease with his humour and his relaxed, friendly demeanor. Further, his skill and gentle touch are often noted by our patients, who claim he is the most painless dentist they’ve ever had.

In his spare time, Dr. Chung enjoys staying active and keeping physically fit by going running, cycling, scuba diving and playing golf and volleyball. He also likes to dance and sing karaoke. Thankfully for those who've heard him sing, he plans on keeping his day job....
