My biggest claim to fame is my voice acting work, portraying the hit video game character, Serious Sam. I currently dabble in alternative photography and contract myself out as a mobile DJ for weddings and events. If you're in the area of Spokane WA, don't hesitate to contact me for photography and DJ work. If you need me for voice acting, location is less important as most contracts are fulfilled online. I love working with indie video game developers, and keep my rates low to help nurture the little guys out there. I refuse to join a union or submit to an agency contract. My work and pay suffer as a result... but I'm not in this for the money anyway. Life is all about enjoying the ride. Besides, I prefer to work with small developers. They tend to be less pretentious.

As for my history, it's pretty standard fare. Grew up in a small town. Witnessed my first murder on the streets of Mexico at the age of 10. Was teased and bullied mercilessly in school on account of my last name. Left for the military as soon as I graduated High School and fought in the 1991 Gulf War.

After my term in the Army, I was a little bit lost and confused. Lived on the street for a couple years. Did some soul searching. Sold pot and acid to make enough money to stay fed. This phase in my life broke down a lot of prejudices that had been indoctrinated in my head over the years. Finally, I picked myself up and went to trade school to become a radio DJ. Worked in the industry for about 7 years, during which time I got married and picked up the job portraying Serious Sam.

Radio jobs started getting tight as stations started consolidating and voicetracking shows, automating everything. I left radio behind when I moved to Los Angeles. My wife landed a job as an aerospace engineer. I did website development on the side. We were amicably divorced a few years later. Let's just say that we found ourselves going in different life directions. Nothing violent or scandalous. She was very career focused and I was, to be blunt, lazy and indulgent.

Newly single, I did what any guy in my position would do. I moved to Dallas TX and started working as a strip club DJ. After a few years of that, I moved back to Spokane to aid my 95 year old Grandpa in his dying years. Having fun with my camera and mobile DJ work... waiting for the next life change to hit me upside the head. Life can be a wild ride... I find it best to grin like a maniac and hold tight.
