Hey, I'm John, and I'm a creative kind of chap. I write, blog, paint, knock up websites, make videos for YouTube, shoot film and digital photos, and restore motorbikes - all before breakfast. I currently live aboard a narrowboat floating somewhere along the English canals.

Over the years I've worked in photo studios covering family portraiture, weddings, and events. I also ran my own little business for a while focusing on actors headshots alongside my personal photography projects which included fashion and boudoir work.

In contrast to my creative endeavours I've also been lucky enough to be an activity instructor, youth worker, bicycle mechanic, forest school practitioner, and occasional freelance journalist.
