Real Estate Development and Real Estate in Newport Beach, CA

I’m a real estate developer based in Newport Beach, California, and for over 15 years, I’ve dedicated myself to transforming neglected homes into places where families can truly thrive. My work isn’t about chasing trends or flipping houses for quick wins—it's about thoughtful design, functional spaces, and creating value that lasts in the communities I serve.

I was born in Pasadena in 1981 and raised in a Catholic household where faith, family, and gratitude were core values. My father was a Superior Court Justice in Los Angeles and the author of 365 Thank You’s, a book that shaped the way I approach life. His belief in daily gratitude stuck with me. Even now, I start each day with a short note of thanks or reflection—it keeps me grounded, especially in a business that can move fast and demand a lot.

After college, I jumped into real estate by purchasing distressed properties—often at auction—and bringing them back to life. I started small, doing much of the work myself. I learned to see what a home could be, not just what it was. Over the years, I’ve renovated and developed hundreds of homes across Southern California. I’ve worked in tough neighborhoods and luxury coastal communities alike, but my mission is always the same: create spaces that people are proud to live in.

In 2012, I moved to Newport Beach with my wife, Alexis. We wanted to raise our family in a place that reflected our values—faith, calm, and connection. We now have two young children, John VI and Charlotte, who remind me daily why I do this work. I’m a developer, but first I’m a husband, father, and neighbor. I believe showing up matters—whether it’s on a job site, at church, or around the dinner table.

To me, success isn’t just about square footage or selling price. It’s about what the home gives back to the people who live in it. My goal has never been to build the most—it’s to build with care, presence, and purpose.
