John McBrearty

Attorney John McBrearty has been practicing law for more than 25 years. John focuses his practice on assisting seriously injured victims in personal injury cases, as well as surviving family members in wrongful death cases. While John is skilled in all areas of personal injury, he has particular experience helping victims of bicycle accidents. An avid cyclist, John understands the challenges injured cyclists face.

In addition to representing injured bicyclists, John’s interest in cycling carries over into his personal life. He rides between 200 and 300 miles per week mostly on Pacific Coast Highway through the cities of Newport Beach, Huntington Beach, Laguna Beach, Dana Point and inland to Irvine, and he is dedicated to community service, frequently participating in bike rides to raise money for many local charities.
