Jake Scott

I am an aspiring journalist with some real world experience. I have written freelance and worked as a photographer for the Shoreline Beacon, a Sunmedia paper based in Port Elgin, Ontario. I covered as much local news as I could, from car fires to gas leaks and even a feature on the elderly fellow who turned his scooter into a mobile karaoke machine. Now I am attending journalism school at Ryerson University and looking forward to discovering myself as a reporter.
