Degree in Civil Engineering Designer and architect from the first Technical Vocational High School in Hymettus/Athens/Greece in the Department of Building, line drawings, freehand drawing and topographic plans in 1996.

Giannis has attended the following seminars in:
Office and Secretarial Organisation,
Construction & Engineering Corporate Knowledge,
Design of Reinforced Concrete for Buildings & Structures,
Environmental wood construction and maintenance.

He has worked in private enterprises as a:
- Electronic in alarm systems, special security applications Developer, Editor in electronic circuits in the year 1994 to 1996.
- Designer in wood constructions with computer use, construction coordinator and field sales in the year 2000 to 2004.
- Foreman and coordinator of construction renovations for interior and exterior spaces in the year 2004 to 2009.

He has also served as a scholar, foreman and manufacturer in numerous art construction and renovations of outdoor activities and landscaping, green roofs, passive solar architectures, energy conservation and utilizations of spaces.

He is the founder of the website TSOIS HOME CINEMA, engaged in specialized audio & video solutions, for Private and Business constructions.

Now dealing with home renovations and his personal zeal, the combination of the two tasks, manufactures private theaters and music rooms with success and respect for the environment since 2009 in Greece.
