Raw Pu-erh Tea Pu-erh is an unusual variety of tea produced in the Yunnan province of China. This article discusses what makes Pu-erh tea unique, gives a brief overview of the difference between raw (sheng) and ripe (shu) Pu-erh, and briefly discusses storing and aging Pu-erh.
