John Amor

John Amor is a comic illustrator and concept artist based in the Philippines. He is currently working on 1888, a graphic novel series exploring the mythos of Jack the Ripper and Victorian horror. Other projects include Judah, a quasi-religious fantasy about an immortal man of the cloth seeking redemption. His locally-released OGN entitled The Urban Animal launched in 2010, described as a stylized auto- biography with monsters and mysticism. John also hosts a comic-culture podcast called Tres Komikeros. He is married to indie musician Jad Montenegro.
