OUR STORY
John Wright, co-founder and co-owner of ABC Wellness & Fitness Center, was employed as a General Manager in the Food Service industry. He had a very hectic schedule and he dealt with a lot of simplistic employee issues in his place of work. The atmosphere affected his health, eating habits, and he developed a very high level of stress that resulted in blood pressure. Ultimately, he was terminated in January 2008 and denied unemployment benefits.

He looked for employment day in and day out without any opportunities manifesting. So we decided to we would use this "set back" and a "step up." Previously, we worked our business part-time (sometimes not at all) because we were both working full-time jobs. We knew that we wanted to work it full-time, but we were afraid to do it! Tammy decided that the time was…NOW!

Our passion and love is FITNESS!

First, we started by offering nutritional guidance and one-on-one personal training mobile services to our clients in the comfort of their own home. Business went so well that we opened a Studio that was 700 square feet in October 2008, which allowed us to add group training programs. Now clients could choose if we met in their home or our Studio.

Our business continued to prosper and we were blessed with locating a suite on a major highway and we celebrated our Grand Opening on July 20, 2009.

ABC Fitness Connection offers group fitness, one-on-one personal training, nutritional guidance, group exercise classes (fitness boot camps, Mommy & Me Fitness Camp, Daddy & Me Fitness Camp, Zumba fitness, etc.), Corporate Wellness Programs, Guest Speaker, Breastfeeding Lounge for Mothers, and Devoted 2 B Healthy Program.

OUR MISSION
ABC Wellness & Fitness Center's goal is to provide service one of the greatest gifts of all---the tools to maintain your TEMPLE (body)!
