John Anthony Lopez is a multifaceted real estate investor, fund manager, and entrepreneur with a diverse professional background rooted in service, strategy, and leadership. He is the Managing Member of Golden Ratio Real Estate Fund, an SEC Reg D 506(c) private fund focused on value-add commercial real estate acquisitions. He also serves as Founder and CEO of Golden Ratio Investments, a real estate consulting and acquisitions firm, and Golden Ratio Retreats, a vacation rental company operating in Puerto Rico.
John’s prior experience includes serving as a U.S. Army and Air Force veteran, law enforcement officer, and Director of College Safety and Security. His leadership approach is grounded in operational excellence and mission-driven discipline, which he brings to every investment strategy and team initiative.
He holds a Master of Administrative Science (MAS) from Fairleigh Dickinson University and began his real estate career as a licensed salesperson in New Jersey.
